• Is there a way I can listen to the previous message if I missed the call?
  
  • Absolutely!  Just call 765-677-4457 and choose option #1 to listen to the latest call.

• How do I opt out of receiving the calls from Mississinewa Community Schools?
  • Opt-out Hotline 855-502-STOP (855-502-7867)

    To opt out of informational calls, press 9.
    If you have previously opted out and wish to resume receiving calls, press 2.
    To change opt-out preferences for another number, please call back using the phone associated with that number.

     

• I am not receiving the calls from Mississinewa Community Schools, what can I do?
  • Make sure that our Parent Notification phone number is not blocked on your phone.  Instructions can be found HERE.
  • Be sure that your contact number is up to date on the Parent PowerSchool Account.
  • Click HERE to sign up

• I have changed my phone number.  How can I update my new number on file?
  • Be sure that your contact number is up to date on the Parent PowerSchool Account. 
  • Simply shoot us an email at webmaster@olemiss.k12.in.us including your name and new number.

• Is it possible to receive a text message in place of a phone call?
  • YES!  Just be sure that your current cell number is listed in your PowerSchool Parent account.
