How do I register my child for school?
Whether you are new to the area or registering your kindergartener or preschooler for the first time, we are here for you. What immunizations are required for registration?
Your child’s health and safety are very important to us. That is why we adhere to the immunization requirements set forth by the state of Indiana. Please visit our Registration page for the current required immunizations.
Is Mississinewa Community School Corporation currently hiring?
We are always looking for qualified, professional staff members to help us fulfill our goals of helping every child achieve their educational destiny. Our Employment page will give you information on current job openings, and you’ll also be able to download a certified or classified application. Even when we do not have jobs posted, we will still happily accept your application and keep it on file for up to two years.
I have a concern about something that happened in my child’s classroom. How do I proceed?
We know that sometimes concerns over your child’s classroom environment come up. Parents should follow the chain of command when addressing these issues. Please speak to your child’s teacher about any concerns. Contact information for each teacher is located on our individual school websites. If you feel your concern has not been addressed or resolved, the school principal is happy to assist you.
Can I visit my child’s school during school hours?
We welcome parent visitors and volunteers in our classrooms; however it is important to remember that the learning environment is of paramount importance. If you would like to visit our child’s classroom for any reason, please contact the teacher first to make an appointment. All visitors much check in with the school office upon arrival on campus.
